Privacy Policy

Data we collect

Email address, birth date, birth time, birth place, gender, chart input, and generated results. Birth data and birth place are treated as sensitive personal data in this service; submit them only if you agree.

If you use chart chat, we store the question, model answer, and conversation history for that chart so follow-up context can continue.

Connection IP, device and browser information, cookies or similar tracking data, payment status, order number, invoice data when required, and support records.

If you click a focus from the Daily Timing Letter, we record the email, the selected focus (work, relationship, or self), and the click time.

Purposes

We use the data to calculate charts, generate readings, save local records, send result or recovery links, process payment and invoices, provide support, prevent abuse, retain legally required records, and measure ads when you consent.

Chart chat questions and conversation records are used to answer follow-up questions for the same chart, show chat history, enforce daily limits, and prevent abuse.

If you subscribe to the Daily Timing Letter, we use your email to send the daily hexagram, timing cues, and action prompt. It starts only after you subscribe and complete double opt-in, and every email includes one-click unsubscribe.

Daily Timing Letter click records are used only for content personalization and topic routing.

Third-party services

Birth data, birth place, and chart summaries are routed through Cloudflare AI Gateway to DeepSeek, a China-based LLM, to generate text readings. This is a cross-border transfer; if you do not agree, do not submit chart data.

For chart chat, the chart summary, recent conversation, and current question are also sent through the same gateway to DeepSeek to generate answers.

PAYUNi is used for payments and Amego is used for Taiwan e-invoices; they receive the data needed to complete transactions, issue invoices, and reconcile payments.

Meta pixel is used for ad measurement and retargeting, such as reminding visitors who viewed a free result but have not purchased the full report. You may reject optional tracking.

cf-email is used for email delivery, including result recovery, transaction notices, and Daily Timing Letter broadcasts after subscription. It processes email addresses, delivery status, and necessary sending records.

Daily Timing Letter click records are stored in Cloudflare databases and runtime environments for the personalization and routing described above.

Retention and cache

Free chart results may be cached by input hash to avoid repeated model calls. Transaction, invoice, and support records are retained as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute handling.

Chart chat history is stored with your email and chart identifier on the server so you can return to the same chart conversation.

Browser-side chart records are stored in your device localStorage and can be cleared by you. The server does not display unnecessary raw birth data as public identifiers.

Your rights and opt-out

You may request access, copy, correction, deletion, or suspension of personal data use, and you may stop retargeting. Email privacy@aicycle.cc with the email you used and the necessary chart identifier.

If you recover results by email, you can remove the email-chart link through the unlink link in the message or by requesting deletion.

If you subscribe to the Daily Timing Letter, you can unsubscribe from any email immediately. To also delete subscription records or existing click records, email privacy@aicycle.cc.
