Refund policy for digital content

The full report is digital content and an online service generated and delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing, you agree that generation and delivery begin immediately and acknowledge that instant digital content is not eligible for a cooling-off period or unconditional cancellation right.

After payment succeeds and generation or delivery begins, refunds are not available for a simple change of mind.

Exceptions: if you were charged twice, paid successfully but did not receive access, or a system error makes the content unreadable, email us with order details and we will help resend the content or review a case-by-case refund.
