What this service is

  • Reports and answers are astrology content for self-exploration, entertainment and personal reflection. They do not guarantee any event or outcome.
  • Nothing here is medical, legal, financial, investment or therapy advice. For health, legal, financial or other high-stakes decisions, consult a qualified professional.
  • Text is generated by AI models from calculated charts. Known method limits (for example, Human Design type and authority are not calculated) are noted in the results.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 to register. You must be logged in to buy or use reports and questions.
  • Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account.
  • Only enter birth data for yourself, an adult who has given you permission, or a person under your legal guardianship.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in New Taiwan dollars (TWD). All purchases are one-time; nothing renews automatically.
  • Orders with a Taiwan billing address are sold by 振禾有限公司 (tax ID 83446730) and paid through PAYUNi; prices include 5% business tax and a Taiwan e-invoice is issued.
  • Other orders are sold by zhenhe AI LLC and paid through Stripe. Where eligible, Stripe shows and charges the price in your local currency; any currency conversion cost is paid by the buyer, and Stripe issues your receipt.

Question credits

  • Credit packs are added to your account after payment succeeds.
  • Credits expire 12 months (365 days) after they are added; unused credits then lapse.
  • You see the number of credits needed before asking, and credits are reserved only after you confirm.
  • Only the part that actually completes is charged; unused credits return to your balance. Credits that have already expired when returned do not come back.
  • You can cancel a question before processing starts and get all reserved credits back.

Refunds

  • Reports and answers are digital content generated and delivered right after payment. When you buy, you agree that generation starts immediately; where applicable law allows (including Article 2(5) of Taiwan’s Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission for Distance Transactions), the 7-day unconditional cancellation right does not apply once such content is provided. We therefore do not refund a change of mind after generation or delivery has started.
  • Exceptions: for a duplicate charge, a successful payment with no content delivered, or content that cannot be read because of a system error, email us your order details and we will re-deliver or refund.
  • If a refund or a Stripe dispute is granted, the unused, unexpired credits from that purchase (including credits on hold) are removed; content already delivered is not deleted.
  • Question credit packs: if none of the pack’s credits have been used, email us for a full refund; once any credit has been used, the pack is not refundable.
  • Nine Emperor Gods lamp blessing: as stated on the product page, a full refund is available before the registration deadline; once the petitions are prepared and the ceremony begins, refunds are not available.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method: Taiwan orders are refunded by 振禾有限公司 through PAYUNi, with the uniform invoice voided or credited as required; other orders are refunded through Stripe. There is no self-service refund button on the site.

Prohibited use

  • Entering another person’s birth data without their permission.
  • Attacking, disrupting or overloading the service, including large-scale automated scraping.
  • Reselling or publicly distributing paid reports.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Intellectual property

The site’s content and interface belong to zhenhe AI LLC. Reports and answers you buy are for your personal use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of zhenhe AI LLC’s state of registration. This does not remove consumer rights that the law of your place of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by agreement.

Changes

We update the date above when these terms change. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
